Our Shipping policy gives the Transparency and Assurance

Orders once placed are processed within 24 hours after placing them. Our clients can also place an order on Saturday and Sundays as well on holidays. However, the shipping shall be on the next business day only. Once the shipment is dispatched, we notify our customer about the same via email along with the details of tracking code and other information about the product. We provide EMS Express Shipment.

The EMS Express (Trackable) needs 15 business days. We practice in keeping our commitment once it is made. For the same reason we never delay in shipping the medicines to you. In case, if the package is not delivered on time because of some error from our side, then you are eligible for claiming a total refund on the order as per our refund policy. We are the pioneer when it comes to faster shipping across the globe. And it has become possible for the customers who provide us with the accurate shipping address.

Following are the points explaining how shipping policy of products is accurate to our customers.

  • Every product that is shipped by has tracking code with them. The same code is delivered to customers via mail once the product is dispatched. This code can be used by the customers to trace their order status.
  • Only physical addresses will be entertained. We do not ship to P.O box numbers.
  • Order valuing above $200 will be sent through express shipment and shall be completely free of charge.
  • We do not take any responsibility of shipping to wrong address and that is we asked our customers to double-check the shipping address feed by them.
  • The product is dispatched only after receiving a final verification from our client. Email is sent to our clients once the product is shipped by us.
  • Our clients can contact us through the email that we sent them or via the toll-free number provided to them.
