Our simple refund policy reduces the complications of claiming a refund on the order in case it has been misplaced or sent in damaged state. We, at, make certain that the customer should not face any trouble in requesting for a payback in the above mentioned situation.

Our refund policy will help you understand better the whole process of claiming remuneration.

  • If a wrong product has been sent to you the will re-ship the product without any extra cost otherwise will repay you the entire amount of the product.
  • If the parcel what you have received is damaged and if it is due to our fault, we shall either re-ship the product or reimburse the amount of the product.
  • We always ensure that the package should reach to our customers in the shortest possible time span. But in case the product is not delivered, then in that case we will dispatch the shipment again without any charges or else refund your entire money back. This repayment will be calculated as per the type of shipment you have chosen.
  • Customers can cancel their orders within 24 hours after placing an order.
  • All the reimbursement shall be done at the credit card bank account of the customer.
  • The payment made of the credit card bank account of the customer shall reflect on their statement within 10-15 working days.
  • The product you have ordered is traceable in case you have chosen express shipment method. If the product is not delivered to you within the intended period then you can ask for tacking your order and if we find any delay from our side then we shall re-ship the consignment free of cost or refund you back provided you have order number.
