Share your Schedule with your better-half:
Obvious it may seem, but this is most important tip to deal with this situation. Sharing and syncing your timetable will make you able to figure-out what particular time slot you both could manage. Sync up with Baby:
Make sense? Syncing up your sleeping time with you baby will give you more time to take a nap. Of course it is difficult for career-oriented parents, since they have work time to attend. But if you deal well with our first tip, then you can make bail out of this problem. At first, you might feel urge to finish your work since your baby fall asleep, but trust me and follow above plan.

No one likes to drive in that state. If you have to, then keep you car window open and play some fast-pace music. If you’re feeling sleepy, pull off & shut the windows and take a nap. Small nap might derail your schedule but it is better than managing time for hospital trip. And if you have no option then to keep driving, then pull off your car and take brisk walk, that helps you to keep you alert.
