Anxiety, referred to the strong feeling of conscious worry, nervousness or just the feeling of uneasiness about something that we do or feel.
It is the one feeling that being crucial part of our psychological schema, ever since us, humans were caveman. Intense or not, it does make one feel uneasy, interested, unconfident or just negative about something that he or she is feeling anxious about. And general and usual it may sound, but sometime it might have a subconscious power to backing it up. And it may took some serious turn and anxiety can turn into inhibitions and sometime depression.
Just like pleasant positive thoughts draws happy vibes around you, negative thoughts like anxiety and depression can cause some effects on your life, gradually, consistently or rapidly:
Since you can read this, we are human, and it is okay to carry some fear in yourself, it is completely normal! If taken positively fear can make you alert, giving you second thought before doing something. But in uncontrollable situations, it can abort you from doing anything. It can even signal your body to react in such way that made it impossible to do or even react to anything, like you know how phobias work.
Fear can be bondage, where you wished for something but it prevents you for doing anything towards achieving anything. And when we can’t achieve anything that we desired so much we feel anxious or depressed something, depending upon the intensity of desirability.
So if you feel fear of something is making you feel anxious, take it in good light. Use alertness to be more prepared in every way possible.
It is reaction of fear, consciousness and inhibition that took place over your system and driving it, obviously in non-productive and mostly negative way. Remember I told you, fear prevents you to do anything or sometime abort what you are doing, fear work through worrying.
Worrying even prevent you to think positively and taking a chances. It might keep you safe where you are but you are not moving anyway. Remember the time you’ve wait for your result to come out, although worrying about it will not cause the thing you’ll be seeing in other then making you feel anxious. Pointless you think? Yeah it is!
Just be realistic and analytical and make you make time for making efforts then keeping it busy for worrying.

Just before you thing, worrying is just a psychological phenomenon. It has wide potential to cause you physical damage and effects gradually or rapidly. When you are stressed you body tend to release hormones like cortisol, which shoots up blood sugar and blood fat as ignition substance that can causes like Difficulty swallowing, Dizziness, Dry mouth, Fast heartbeat, Fatigue, Headaches, Inability to concentrate, Irritability, Muscle aches, Muscle tension, Nausea, Nervous energy, Rapid breathing, Shortness of breath, Sweating, Trembling and twitching.
And since blood sugar and fats are kicked in your body, it can lead to Suppression of the immune system, Digestive disorders, Muscle stress, Short-term memory loss, or in worst case Heart attack since extra fuel pumped in is not use.
